I will never recommend anyone to go there. She did acrylic nails and 3 days they were looking bad. I called her to explain and she was sooooo rude and hang up the phone on me 2 time. Poor customer service and the way she talks to people who coming and ask for something she is so rude. The pedicure is so pooor. Waste of my money. I can do better for myself
Came here for couple times service is good, but this time around I’m very disappointed how they treated me. Everything is RUSHED, even selecting the nail colors ( The boss / owner i guess ) asked me to select the color I wanted, told her to give me sometimes to decide, since I’m not ready yet. Then she asked the other lady to start cleaning my right hand ( she’s standing the whole time btw ) while she’s doing my left hand sitting on the chair. I stay composed, even though I really wanted to say something is not right. And guess what they overcharge me…It’s a waste of money for that kind of service to be honest…
It was my first time there but very disappointed with the services.I went there to remove my nails and she damaged two of my nails. I would not recommend anyone to go there.My nails are in pain now.
Do not get a full set from here !!!! Honestly the worst manicure I’ve ever had in my life. So terrible and unprofessional of Lennie. I was charged over the price due to 2 colours even though the manicure was horrific. The nails are chunky and uneven. I requested they be removed the following day because it was late. I was not pleased and Lennie was clearly rushing. Lennie stated it doesn’t matter, they are already done, come take them off and you’ll be charged extra agin. I asked if she thinks she did a good job she said it doesn’t matter. Embarrassing
